Hello SG land!
I have been living out my deepest desires during this quarantine. I had set a goal of 5 years almost 6 years ago to develop my dreams of opening up a restaurant. I have now been able to work on these dreams. It’s starting off as a small food cart where we can cater, eventually I’d love to develop it to a truck and take it on the go!
I have been working around food since I was 15 and from my first smoothie I knew I found my passion. Food always came second nature to me, being able to smell spices and understand what pairs well together. I then moved into the restaurant and learned cocktails and my mind blew 🤯 with the different combinations you can do with drinks.
I’m so excited to share my love of food with everyone, and to add my Filipino flavors to my dishes.
P.S i received the photos back from Cassie and they’re absolutely beautiful. I loved shooting with her, she’s such a sweet woman.
I also have a new set dropping in 3 months which I’ll post about soon 😍. I’ve had such a wonderful month with great new adventures and surprises!
