good news :
- I'm finally registered to university, allowing me to find an internship, having a cheaper transports card, and if I feel like, going to class in february.
- Music is going good, a bunch of changes in my post-hxc band, but our goals till july 07 are exciting, but after that we'll have to make a 6-7 months hiatus due to working impossibilities of one of our 3 core members. but we'll be back strooooonger
The february date with Amen Ra is still on the books, yeah! (still no venue decided though)
- I'm searching for an internship, different from what i've done before, something lazy and laid back in an office, with lot of spare time. i've seen an offer for 6 months at movie theatres and dvd/magazines/soundtracks editors MK2 in Paris, that could be really cool, but I don't really meet the suggested qualifications.
- Sports Nerd time : My beloved Girondins de Bordeaux finally won a Champions League game tonight, 3-1 against turkish Galatasaray! And we beat Paris' PSG last saturday. it makes me relatively happy sometimes.
bad news :
- still no girlfriend, and no girl gives me any thrill, they're just not "the one", which i'd have never met "the one" before
- still no money, and a fucking internship is not going to do much for it. i don't plan to get much money for christmas & my birthday (a week after), my family is quite poor those days, and I'll have to spend anything I get into music gear, so no money to go out, buy cds, or go to shows.
- i'll miss Don Caballero's show at Le Batofar thursday, and probably the Thermals early december. I'll try to go to Sonic Youth and Dinosaur Jr in mid december though (hopefully, not sure yet).
