Well... it has been awhile.
In general:
my fiance and I broke up
I got a promotion at work
my best friend and I are going to Miami Beach for my birthday next weekend
More specifically: I really wanted sushi tonight, after i was already in my pj's, in bed. So I settled for a Sunny D instead.

Also, Sunny-D is a poor substitute for sushi.
