permits r bull they stop the free mind from thinking my wall is under attack by the mr buff for those who dont know who mr buff is hes a eraser he covers up the art work this is my problem there r kids that give graffiti a bad name kids that dont take it seirously in fairness i was one of those chaps now im older it has led me into a wider view of art all around but when u want to do a nice peice on a wall it is denied wich is so unfair i have permission for the owner of thew wall yet i have threats from mr buff so my wall wont happen unless i have a permit and in philly u dont get one so im pissed but this lightens my day
