It's amazing how much a simple thing like doing 20 push ups in between Blacks Ops battles will do. I've been throwing basic exercises like that in to my daily routine. Coupling that with my reduced drinking and eating, at the very least, better than I was I am feeling much better on a regular basis. Hopefully these simple changes will help me loose a few pounds. I'd like to get to 165. That's only 20 pounds so I'm optimistic.
