Oh you sir have it completely opposite. Its far from legal here, in fact you get in more trouble here if caught with ganja than in Cali. The stuff here sucks. Usually dry by the time it gets to your hands, the air here sucks the moisture right out of green, and most folk who travel with it, don't realize little bags won't keep it fresh.
Stupid desert. Only air tight jars now. Pill bottles won't suffice.
