i don't mind, it's good for study i guess. it just makes me feel less like myself because so much of me is that crazy hypo girl haha so i feel a bit flat. but the good thing about them is you don't have to take them every day. if you feel like being crazy you just skip one dose and ur fine.
i used to get pretty fucked up by depression meds though, like what ur saying about ur brother. it makes both the highs and the lows just flatten out so ur numb. it sucks but sometimes it's less painful than the rollercoaster...

yeah i love that shirt.. its impossible to try and pick a favourite. i have eight JC shirts now. but my girlfriend has put a stop my tshirt shopping now though. i think she's just making sure i manage to save up and buy her lots of birthday presents.

yeah, there is a physical change when you first stop drinking. at first, the mental craving thing is bad enough but when you're as heavy of a drinker as i was, your body's chemistry is also all fucked up out of whack and you can go through withdrawals, which range from extreme anxiety, shaking, possible seizures, and shit like that. after you get out of the danger zone for DTs, you also find yourself craving other addictive things. like, i'm back up to smoking two packs of cigarettes a day and i'm drinking even more coffee than i already did, which i guess i'm supposed to keep in check but i fucking love coffee.
it takes a while for your body to physically adjust to not being hammered all the time. i don't really notice a "healthy" feeling other than not being hungover, but i do feel this constant feeling like i'm missing something or something is wrong and my body wants to drink so it can feel "right."
