i totally slayed dinner tonight..
i cooked Terriyaki Chicken (proper recipe), with Bok Choy in Oyster Sauce and Rice.. it was the nicest thing i've cooked in a couple of weeks.. last really really good thing i cooked was a Butter Chicken Curry with Rice and Pappadums.. it rocked hardcore too..
anyways, work is still biting though its looking more and more like i'm heading over to switzerland for some training next month some time.. should be cool even though it will be like a fly in, fly out kinda trip with very little time for sight seeing...

Yeah, ive joined the UK one and maybe another one whilst im around and that. Should be awesome, so many lovely people to help make my trip extreamly pleasent!!
