hey all, hows the weekend been so far??

my day was nce and relaxig, i just messed around with my camera taking pics of various household items and playing around with aperture values and what not..

i've been out tonight for a friends birthday, nothing special, just a load of us hanging out at the bar beach bowling club. caught up with a load of people i havent seen since school like 10 years ago.. talked lots of crap for about 5 hours, had a couple of beers and was constantly checking the afl scores on my phone because....

CARLTON WON THE GRAND FINAL!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah i know it was only the preseason knock out comp, however its a nice really positive start to the season.. and hey, a trophy is a trophy when you've had a few bad seasons in a row..

tomorrow, well nearly today now, i'm driving from newy to merimbula, staying there overnight then driving to traralgon on monday to drop some equipment off then on to melbourne.. so basically i'll be in melbourne from tuesday onwards.. think it's gonna be a busy week down there..

anyways, its getting late and i need some sleep before doing a 10 hour drive tomorrow..
