sorry i've been a bit neglectful of my SG friends the last week or so, i'm in the progress of moving and all the organising and what not that entails.. fun fun fun.. not..

i cant believe how much all this is gonna cost me, gotta pay a cancellation fee on foxtel - $290, a transfer of service fee on adsl - $110, carpet cleaning - $120, window cleaner - $65, and on top of that the real estate are being fuckers and saying i have to give 21 days notice which means i end up paying an extra weeks rent - $210.. all this before i get my bond back, meanwhile i'll already be paying out $190 a month for storage cause i cant take all my stuff with me..grrrrr...

the reason why i'm moving is because the deal has fallen through on me buying the townhouse i'm currently in.. the local council has rejected the strata titling of the property for some reason and now the owners have to get the plans redrawn and all the inspections and shit done again. meanwhile the real estate is gonna raise the rent to $250 a week, from $210, and i'm expected to somehow keep saving to boost my deposit..

so i'm doing the unthinkable, i'm moving back into my oldies place.. how fucking sad.. though i have 2 rooms to get as much into as possible and i wont be paying any rent, so its a good option for now. i cant see it being too bad actually, i'm away a fair bit so its not like i'm stuck there, plus i get dinner cooked and my washing done..lol.. whenever i get stressed at my oldies i just have to meditate or chant "think of the savings, think of the savings"

anyways i've pretty well got everything sorted and organised, now i just have to pack it all.. more fun fun fun..

umm, not a lot else happening, dont think i could handle much more on top of this and my already hectic as crap work schedule..

well that will do for an update for now, i'll add some more in later if i can think of anything different..
