officially on holidays now.. well since yesterday arvo actually.. 1 day and i'm getting my tan back already.. melanoma here i come.. hrmm not a good thing entirely..

anyways... went fishing yesterday arvo / lastnight and again this morning.. caught plenty of fish, lots of tailor around 30cm, a couple of blue swimmer crabs, some little pinky snapper and i caught a long tom that was about 1m long.. i released almost everything, we kept a couple of tailor for baiting the crab traps.. so yeah, was heaps of fun.. i hadnt been fishing in ages and i had never caught anything on lures before and had never caught anything trolling before so it was good to break both those cherries..

finished my xmas shopping this arvo, man the shops were chaos.. bought some cd's for myself while i was at it.. i got the latest lp's from the donnas, sahara hotnights, the penice brothers and i got that mash up of jay-z and linkin park.. i also got my hands on a copy of the grey album from danger mouse which is a mix of jay-z's black album and the beatles white album.. got some good listening ahead of me..

was no surf around this morning but there's been a southerly blowin most of the arvo so i'm hoping there will be a couple of ft to surf tomorrow morning.. plan on surfing as much as possible over the holidays..

umm, what else.. meh.. thats about it for now.. will post some pics of the fishing and hopefully some surf pics too, or atleast beach pics soon..
