But, fuuuck, its thanksgiving. I had to get my ass into The Kitchen to get them good, once a year, recipes.
Sopapilla Cheesecake
You will need:
-2 cans of crescent rolls
-16 ounces of cream cheese
-1 1/2 cups sugar
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp vanilla
-1/2 cup melted butter
1. Roll one can of crescent rolls out into a 9X13 baking pan and smash them together.
2. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla together until creamy. Pour over crescent rolls and spread over top.
3. Roll other can of crescent rolls on top of cream cheese blend.
4. Mix melted butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and cinnamon together and pour over the top of the crescent rolls.
5. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until top is golden brown.

and i didnt cook at all this year. instead i went with my recruiter and we ran a 5k road race this morning! the only thing is it wasnt on a road, it was on a trail in the woods. i still finished in the top third tho!
