So I need to assemble a baking zine in two weeks, as well as learn two physics courses before their midterms (in two weeks). There's a zine fair here, so I want to have a zine to give and baked goods to sell.
I just think it'd be absolutely great to be selling pastries and cookies out of the hip club at one o'clock on a Saturday afternoon.
Means I need to bake some things today. I'll get some shortening and finally try croissant, I've nothing else to do and I've got some good bread flour. If they're good I'll bring some down the road if anyone's home in the ES house. Having good neighbours is essential, I think, even (especially) if they're not your best friends. There should be people living around you with whom you are friends. Like a community or something. Yeah.
