I'm not sure what the collective noun for a group of incredibly attractive women wishing to attain the coveted pink status is, but I'm inclined to think 'splendour' is pretty appropriate.
The last few days have been crazy for incredible hopeful sets. I'm deliberately limiting this post to those posted between 20th July and 23rd July inclusive, otherwise this post will become an epic to rival Milton's Paradise Lost or Homer's Iliad. As it is, there are six girls I really want to talk about - I hope that's splendiferous enough for you! :D
@jessycatt's Posey Mornings is a phenomenal set for a number of reasons. Jessycatt herself is obviously the main reason, but this is such a beautifully lit and shot set, that mention must, I think, be made of how photographer @amyelizabeth uses natural light to highlight just how gorgeous Jessycatt is. Jessycatt positively luxuriates in the sunlight streaming from the bedroom window, and it forms both a contrast with her body and an illumination of it, at times almost causing her to glow with vitality and sensuality. That Jessycatt wears glasses, has lovely long dark hair and possesses a slender, beautiful body (which is adorned with some lovely, delicate artwork) helps, too. She is a special girl and I predict great things for her. Her posing is assured, sensual and never less than engaging. A star in the making methinks.
@cheshi. Is. Adorable. I'll be honest. A few years ago, my 'type' would have been tall and voluptuous. But, this site has largely been responsible for broadening my appreciation of femininity. Cheshi is a more petite girl who my younger self would have passed over, but by whom I can now unashamedly declare I am utterly enchanted. Cheshi's Soaked is a wonderful set. At times, teasingly shy and innocent, at others, unmistakably raunchy, Cheshi's decision to enter her bath (mostly) clothed reaps rather wonderful rewards for us, as she removes her sodden items of clothing in a sequence of pictures that will have you riveted to your screen. (That pesky single stocking almost manages to last the entire set, only disappearing at the very end.) Cheshi's pretty features and shapely behind have left a profound impression on my mind. This set is stunning. Check it out.
I'm genuinely unsure as to which of @ashleyindigo's features are the most striking - her hair, her beautifully creamy breasts or her demure smile. Perhaps I'm wrong to try and break her appeal down to its constituent parts, because, really, it's the whole package that is so phenomenally lovely. Her set, Irish Red, is a simple study in curvaceous beauty and it is simply captivating. There's a wonderfully sensual sense of serenity to these photographs. The hair is gorgeous, the skin porcelain pale and the figure full and amazingly sexy. I hope we get more from her. I really do.
With a name like Gorgeous Purple, @Magnea's debut set can't really go wrong. I'm a big fan of the colour purple and, indeed, a richly purple settee forms the very effective backdrop for the elegantly beautiful Magnea to strut her stuff. This is an unusual set in some respects because Magnea starts off wearing a conservative blouse and skirt; she's come home after a business meeting, perhaps. She looks like the kind of girl you might meet at an estate agent's or a solicitor's. As she undresses, though, there's a frisson of excitement as you realise that there's much more to this girl than meets the eye. Conventionally dressed she may be, but underneath that formal attire, she's a slender, sensuous goddess whose colourful sleeve with its slice of fruit-topped cake seems to confirm that Magnea is not only as sweet as her smile suggests but also deliciously sexy. Truly, this is a lovely set and Magnea's delicate beauty is simply unforgettable.
I'm a bit of an anime fan (I don't have as much time to watch it as I'd like, but never mind, eh?) so I was rather blown away when @Yusuracircus' set After The School hit MR a few days ago. At first glance it looks like a wonderful anime homage. Yusuracircus is wearing the famous Japanese sailor uniform and her gorgeous hair is done up in a style powerfully reminiscent of Sailor Moon, but then she starts to undress and you realise that, not only is she incredibly pretty, but she is sporting some truly incredible intricate and beautiful artwork. (This is why I've included two pics - you really do need to see that inkwork in all its glory!) Seeing that artwork was almost a physical shock to me - it contrasts so powerfully with the anime girl image and it elevates 'After The School' from being just an anime-inspired set to something much more exquisite and much more impressive. Yusuracircus is exceptionally pretty (just look into those sparkling eyes!) and her artwork is utterly absorbing - a powerful and very memorable combination.
Finally (for now), there's @Brunhild who hails from Italy but descends like a Teutonic goddess into MR with a set called Free Time Boring Time*, her second in the last seven months or so. It is a varied set including a demure (sort of) school girl outfit, a rather lovely sequence on the bed and finally some shots of Brunhild in the bath - a kaleidoscope of sensuality and sheer erotic appeal. Wearing glasses in the earlier pics, Brunhild is sweetly sensual, but it's this pic that grabbed me and convinced me that she absolutely has what it takes to be an SG. That, ladies and gentlemen, is an image of a supremely confident girl who will brook no dissent, knows exactly what she wants and exactly how to get it. Now, anyone who's been following my posts for a while will probably have picked up on the fact that I do like me a strong, confident woman from time to time. Brunhild is the epitome of that in many respects and this pic represents the most powerful example on this site that I've come across so far. This is a girl I would happily serve and to whose continuing happiness I would gladly dedicate myself. This is a glorious set and I highly recommend it.
Must... obey...
Ahem. Sorry about that.
There are more. Loads more, but, unfortunately, I've only got so much time - even with being on holiday! :) What I will say is this - the Hopefuls are awesome. They're engaging, beautiful and worthy of whatever time you can give them. If you're able to, blog about them, post in the various threads about them. Give them your love. They absolutely deserve it!
All the best for now! :)
* There is nothing - absolutely nothing - boring about this set. Just so you know...
