so i had arun in with the cops - indirectly. apparently they found my car, i was confused because its not missing. long story short, i just sold my old car and the people never registered the VIN in their name and they found my car untagged on public property so they were trying to make sure it wasnt stolen. but they didnt have to do it at 3 am.
