I have a difficult time telling people what sort of music I like to listen to. It really depends on my mood. Some days I am in the mood for AC/DC, others for Big Daddy Kane, others for Dusty Springfield, others for Gustav Holst. I typically tell people that I tend to like anything with a fat bounce; some people understand what I mean and I don't need to say anything more. Others get confused and ask me to elaborate, and then I'm at a loss for words. Whatever my mood, I don't like anything at a high volume. That's my only complaint of my boxing gym. The music is always too loud. Anything played too loud is something I don't like.
