Kerfuffle: I'm not sure why I don't like this one, but I think it has something to do with the sound it makes, which seems at odds with the thing it describes. Something that describes conflict and disorder shouldn't sound cute.
Brouhaha: I dislike this word because of the "haha" attached to the end, which gives it a quality very similar to kerfuffle.
Kudos: I don't like this word principally because I don't think it's a thing, but also because it feels lazy to me in some way. I associate this word with extremely middle-brow and unimaginative writers.
Crumbs: not the small pieces of bread. I've noticed this in the comments to writings on social networking sites like FetLife. Perhaps it's the old man in me that doesn't like anything new that I don't understand, but anytime I see this in response to something, I seethe with anger.
Looking: I've noticed this on Grindr; someone send me a message, the sole content of which is this word. Of course I'm looking, you dolt. The important question is: Am I looking for you? And nine times out of ten, the answer is no.
