YIPPEE FREAKIN' SKIPPY!!!!!
I got a job offer today from one of the two places that I'd recently interviewed with... it's a reeeeeally great offer to work for the State over at the University, and this position is full-time permanent I'm so thrilled!! I get to keep all of my sick and paid time off, our insurance will transfer over seemlessly....and I still get like 100 paid holidays every year yip! yip! yip!
Srsly, the timing on this couldn't have been any better.... I talked with my boss at the Unemployment office, and they told me that it wasn't looking good for me and the all of the others who are not in a permanent position with that big contract from Health and Welfare not pullling through, so I'm glad I don't have to hang out to see the trainwreck that is my office deal with the transition in the next 4 or 5 weeks. it's gonna be ugly!
Anyway, things are looking up. I'm still waiting to hear back on the other job I interviewed for with the state retirement program... that would be my first choice if they presented an offer as well because it's more money, and I would be able to travel up to Spokane/Coeur D'Alene area from time to time on the company dime... that would be too cool!!
In my good news, bad news department....Flashmo is out of town for the next few days and I just dropped him off for the first leg of his trip. He's gotta drive to Salt Lake City first, and then catch a plane to Texas. His company is flying a whole flock of the electricians down to Texas for a special certification training class, I'm thinking it's going to cost them a couple of dollars to put that whole thing together Anyway, I'm gonna have to find some NEKKID pics to post for him to keep me on his mind while he is gone....stay tuned!!
gotta run, kid needs the computer for scool!!
PS> bonus points for anyone who can tell me how to load a video....I just spent 30 minutes waiting for one to upload only to get an error message that said I had to choose a valid video type?? My file was a quicktime file I admit it, I'm confused!!

I think I got pointed your way from the Geezers group. I definitely enjoy seeing women with more "annualized experience" who are strong and confident in themselves not to mention secure in exactly who they are. I'm a gentleman, but I'm not blind - so being sensual and beautiful certainly doesn't hurt either.
I've been out of the USMC for a long time. I got out back in '93. I've been here in Iraq since Jan05. I'm just here to help make sure folks stay safe, get the job done, and go home alive to their families. Funny thing - my goal is to make it back in one piece too! In between the USMC and coming over here I've worked for both private companies and as a contractor to government organizations. I like looking out for military folks - even if they do seem so damn young most of the time.
