It's been a really hard week, but I'm feeling a bit better, and I'm keeping up the whole gym thing, so that's good too!
I'm looking 10 times better, and starting with Tai Chi and various spa stuff too, which is fun! Maybe next time I send a set in I won't look like the michelen man!
