First of all I don’t drink white wine, why am I holding a bottle of it you ask? Well I was carrying it for a friend when we walked past this sign.
I don’t really drink anymore, I can’t say I’ve cut it out completely because I don’t like to put that type of pressure on myself. I’ve tried that in the past and it never stuck. I have however definitely successfully changed my relationship with alcohol to a much more healthy one.
Its been much easier to do this with my ADHD diagnosis as it definitely make sense why I had no limitations with alcohol and why I struggled with binge drinking when I did drink.
I have planned to have a little drink at the end of the month to celebrate Manchester Pride. I’m looking forward to having a Margarita and maybe even a cheeky shot of tequila. 💃🏻
