Tell me your morning routine? Or are you like me and it changes daily?
One thing I always do is wake up around 9.30 and take my ADHD medication, Drink water and eat a Banana.
After that I’ll head to my garden to move my potted plants so they get the best morning sun. I don’t function at my best if I have a Rushed morning so I like to use this time to myself.
I’ve gotten better at not just laying in bed for hours aimlessly scrolling on my phone struggling to get out of bed. I think my medication has played a big part in giving me the motivation to make the best of my mornings and I’m so so greatful for that 💕
