I have been trying. To treat my body and mind with more care the last few weeks. Starting with giving up alcohol, now I love a drink I love being drunk! I'm a social drinker however last month I went to far and got really sick. It took my body 3 days to recover! From that moment I decided I would take a little brake and stay sober for a while. Usually when I say that it lasts a week then I'm drinking on the weekend again. Not this time! It's actually stuck, I'm not saying I'm never going to drink again but I definitely like where this is going! It's made me more conscious of what I'm putting in my body. My anxiety has been better and my sleep pattern is definitely getting better.
It's important to listen to your body. Look after it, we only get one! 😍❤️💪
