So I've been working out trying my best to be fit going to the gym and what not, don't get me wrong, my arms and lare starting to look great, but my stomach hasn't change. I'm kinda feeling discouraged.

Well the trick is to get a good work out with weight training, then immediately after that go for a run...... running after a good intense weight training session will help burn fat faster. It helps to pay attention to what you eat but by no means do you have to give up everything and eat strictly healthy stuff. My boss is huge and he is always downing a pop and a candy bar and stuff..... just have to moderate it. Right now I am trying to limit my sugar intake, but I have a PT test coming up.
