So I'm working out and trying to lose weight and gain muscle, and it's so hard! The working out part is fine I have no probelm working out it's the eating part; it's hard to lose weight when you come from a culture that has home made tortillas, fajitas, etc. You're literally going through withdrawals. Lol I don't eat candy, water is all I drink, and I think it's just the meal part that's difficult. Once I lose the weight, I WILL be posting pictures, this shit ain't easy and I have the right to show off what I worked hard on, ya know? I just need your support! :)

I'm putting myself through the gym as well! Try adding freshly ground cinnamon to your food it helps reduce your sugar intake so fats will be burnt faster and work on your leg back and chest muscles to burn fat faster. Condition yourself with weight lifting working your exercise with 8 reps in perhaps 10 sets and with 1 minute break max between every set :)
