So for the past week when I haven't been in work I've been painting this piece of a statue of the female Pharaoh Hatshepsut

I'm so happy with how this piece turned out and can't wait to frame her and add her with the rest of my Egyptian pieces

I've also started another's painting of an ancient Egyptian statue

This one is of Egyptian Princess Meritaten daughter of Nefertiti and Akhenaten

I think it's safe to say I'm somewhat obsessed with ancient Egypt and trying to do it it justice on paper with my paints
