So me and my fat ass decided to go on a diet. For real. We discuss it alot and we've come to the conclusion to seriously get to work on it.
I'm starting by cutting iced coffee and soda out of my diet. And no fast food (including sammiches) except for rare lunches out with friends. ie. TORTURE.
