TELL me not, in mournful numbers,
Life is but an empty dream !
For the soul is dead that slumbers,
And things are not what they seem.
Life is real ! Life is earnest!
And the grave is not its goal ;
Dust thou art, to dust returnest,

Not enjoyment, and not sorrow,
Is our destined end or way ;

I think this is pretty and true:
If...
....I love you..I'm going to take care of you without question, without reservation, without fail. Not because I have to but because I want to. If I love you I will go so out of my way to ensure that you have what you need and if I can at all somehow enhance your life to make things easier for you even in the smallest way I'll do whatever I can to make that happen for you. I give you what I can because it makes ME happy. Have I ever felt like I'm taken for granted? Sometimes..yes. I think the hardest thing is knowing when to let go. If the person you love doesn't want or need you to be there for them..or if they do but never express it maybe you just stop.
