Wow, I am so lazy, been a bit since I updated this.
It sucks, I am at work of course and it would have been so nice to have a four day weekend, but the wonderful gov't just thought it would be better to let everyone come to work and be unproductive, though it seems most folks took the better part of this week off from what I can tell. I wasn't going to waste 8 hours of vacation time in order to make for a four day weekend. At least not right now.
I am still holding steady at 217, which is down 8lbs in about 2 1/2 weeks, which is pretty good. I didn't lost to much last week, just came down about half a pound. I think I need to workout more, up the intensity and what not, then that should do the trick.
I also have my website done, GetHealthyandFit4Life.com , and added the message board portion to that, but haven't finished putting all the sections into it yet. I figure at the same time I should also have my trainer certification back up to date in a couple of weeks. The goal is to eventually open up a physical studio or a fitness center, but not until I have moved from this state.

thanks for the encouragement and for the suggestion for the luggage. I'm making a list and will do a trial packing in my carry on. I'll see if it all fits otherwise i'll bring half on carryon and the other half i'll check. That way if the worst happens at least I still have SOME clothes with me and the basics.
