Got back on the scale yesterday, I am at 217, so I didn't screw things up to badly over the weekend as far as eating. That was my biggest worry.
Yesterday after work got home and headed over to NAE Lakehurst, and used the gym there, its nothing spectacular but its free, and we did a quick workout, legs, I was able to do squats with a barbell, that was great!! I miss the gym for sure most of the time, but we can go there and use the gym here on the base we work at as well, which should be about the same. I don't think Lakehurst sees as many people though. Which is better in my book.
I am moving along with my studying to get my certification back, and got the logo done for my new online personal training business, now I just have to start building the site, which I will start this week.
