I have been carefully watching my diet now for a week, and when I started I was at 222, last night weighed myself after getting out of the shower and was at 218.6, so I would say that finally waking up and listening to what I already knew I am again losing weight after being stuck for so long. I couldn't be more happy. It really was nothing more than doing a couple of equations and then counting calories, that dreaded thing, but I tell you what, if I must count I must count because it works, and also keeping track of every thing I eat and what I get out of it works, eventually I won't have to count, because I am one of those people who will learn exactly what the content of everything is and just know.
Wanting to get myself back to a more normal and healthy weight has also spurred me to get my personal trainer certfication renewed, something which I have been for some time, just let it lapse, that stuff comes today via UPS, then just have to prep for the test and refresh all the potential new things out there and take the test. Shouldn't take me to long at all. Then I am going to get back to what I loved greatly, helping others to take off the weight they want and to get healthy.
