The weekend is coming, thank goodness. Work certainly isn't getting anymore interesting that is for sure, so on a daily basis it just sucks.
Earlier this week I decided to get recertified as a personal trainer, I let it lapse a couple of years ago, this time I am going to get an advanced certification and then probably a masters certification shortly after that, and go back to work part-time training people, and get my online personal training site back up and running again as well.
I have been trying for months now to drop my weight past 222 lbs, I got on the scale and I lost two pounds, finally figured out what I was doing wrong, and starting doing it right, its amazing who when you pay attention to the simple things you get moving forward, and so now my weight is moving in a downward direction again. And that makes me happy, now just 28lbs more to go.
