With Sick of it All & Amen @ Backstage in Munich
So here we are again...
As I arrived at the hall, Crushing Caspars we're already playing... The first band of the evening and they call their kind of Music "core & roll" - I think that fits! For me they played a very good set, the music was great but there weren't more than 30 people in the audiance so nobody danced or anything like that... I hope they'll play again here Munich, but not as the opener...
Stretch Armstrong was the next to play. True HC, no excuses! The music was quiet good, but me personaly, I don't like the voice of the vocalist, so I won't by a CD of 'em...
After Stretch Armstrong woke up all the people, the 2nd headliner Amen entered the stage... What I can say? They sucked!! It was some kind of political punk, I didn't like the music, I didn't like the lyrics and I didn't like their behavior, but at least the performence was not that bad, because they were jumping around and going crazy... So at least funny to watch...
The time had come: Sick of it all!! They played a great set!! As the first notes were played, all people ran into the hall right infront to the stage: It was a big and hard pit, no pussies allowed!! SOIA are 20 years on stage right now and you can feel this only in their confidence and friendly behavior to the fans. That's cool, that's real, that's HC!! If you ever get the chance to see Sick of it all, don't wait to buy a ticket - it's awesome & absolutly necessary to join a show of SOIA! Five thumbs up!!
So by the way: Pay attention by running out of the hall, running back and out and in and out ........ while you're sweating! Guys, I got such a bad cold... Unbelievable in summer with temperatures around 25C at nights, so take care of yourselves!
Next show on Mon, June 27th 2K5
With Walls of Jericho + Merauder + New Level + Fist in Face @ Kantine in Augsburg
Stay tuned for the next issue of "Jerry1507's journal"

I wish I lived overseas. I think you get better shows there.
Ich hab aba keinen Bock mehr, irgendwo zu wohne, wo ich mich nicht wohlfhle. Dann zieh ich nur noch schneller wieder aus
