So, I think it is time for my monthly post, and update you all on what is happening in my life.

I am just trying to keep my mental state together and stay happy. I find it is a day to day struggle. Some days I'm up, some days I'm down. Most days are from 'option 2' but what can you do eh?
The weather is getting better. I like the sun more and more as I get older and I have no idea why.
I have started going to the gym. I used to go pretty religiously back when I was 19/20. 8 years on and I'm tipping the scale at 165lbs and have quite the belly. My goal is to get to around 140/145 and then get some muscle on. Not too much though. I always used to like the physique of Triple H but now I'm thinking more Roger Huerta or Georges St-Pierre. I am going to the gym 5 days a week and just doing Cardio for now. I have also signed up for a 24hr relay for charity and might consider joining th company soccer team that I hear my company might be starting up. We shall see...
