Today, I made $1350 by standing around and pretending to flip a light a switch for four hours. And then I ate the catered lunch and went home.

I actually work at the counters in a Macy's, but I'm working my way over to the MAC counter and see where that leads me. I'd love to learn more beyond that!

Looks like I'll be trading in Borderlands for Dragon Age: Origins for lack of folks to play with regularly, and because I'm a wuss who enjoys extensive conversations with unicorns and dragons to shooting steroid-cases in the face.
(I've never even held a gun in real life, except the one time disarming somebody... I'm more of an Al Swearengen kinda guy)

We've done two shoots in the last two weeks. Not bad! One a short character piece and the other a commercial. I got to be Harry Osborn in one and a field commander in the middle of a war in the other. Fun times! My roommate Scott broke his face doing a John Woo double-pistol dive. It was pretty epic.

Are any of you playing Borderlands?

That game reeks of awesome.

Great production values, excellent art, kickass gameplay.

I never would've thought I could like an FPS, and I pretty much never used to get into co-op play.

Of course, that could also be due to my lacking social capabilities.
