Well i had a fun night away from reality last night. It wasnt as good as i expected, but i got to see some old friends and have a laugh wink One thing that blew my mind and completly made the travelling worthwhile was i had a lucid dream last night.

There are things you can to increase your chances of having lucid dreams, I was having them every night for awhile. I did it by thinking about dreaming, and the fact that I am not dreaming, many times through out the day. If you do this enough, when you start to dream you will think this instinctively, and realize you ARE dreaming.. Most people wake up once they realize they're dreaming, but if you can stay asleep, you can gain control like you did that night, try flying it's the best.
