New workout, same problems.
So I bought a book today called the "S Factor." Basically, it teaches us mere mortals how to strip for better health. So, I excercised tonight and I feel better than I have in a while. I only it for thirty minutes, but I feel awesome. Yay for me. That and I started my diet today. Diet you may say? why? I'm glad you asked. Because according to health experts, that extra weight I'm carrying around has a big impact on my heart and my body. Thus excercise. Thus diet, thus great feeling.
