Now before I get a million posts reading, "but its an Oprah book" I just finished A Million Little Pieces, by James Frey.
No fuck, its amazing. If any of you have been so inclined to read Elizabeth Wurtzel's More, Now, Again, its simmilar in subject and tone.
Anyhow, the book is a Memoir about a guy who checks into Rehab for a cocaine and alcohol addiction He's fucked up, facing jail time...so on.
The way it is written reminds me of a poem. Its just structured sentence by sentence. It repeats parts that are important. The characters are amazing.
But I warn you, the last page is of what happened to everyone James associated with in the clinic. I fucking cried reading that page. You feel like you're on the ward with them. Every time James vomits, you realize how fucked up it all is.
Again, great book. Read it, despite the fact Oprah recommended it. Okay?
Oh yes, and I know at this point it time that it is fake for the most part. Still, an awesome book
