So anyone who intimately knows me knows I'm a vampire fiend. I love bad vampire movies, I devour the books, and I'm taking a vampire stories class. So I was rewatching the 1992 Francis Ford Coppola version (the best in my opinion) and wigged out to realize how many people who are in it are now really famous for one thing or another.

Cary Elwes is Arthur Holmwood. while I love him in Princess Bride he is overall a bad actor when not playing a Brit.

Sadie Frost is Lucy. You will all know her of former Jude Law fame. I had no idea this was her.

Tom waits is Renfield. Basically the baddest ass musical maniac ever played the animophagiac in all of classic literature. Go Tom.

Monica Belluci as Dracula's whore. So the three girls that live and suck with Drac? Monica is one of them. This was the chick who played the Prominent role of Persephone in the horror that was Matrix reloaded. Still, hot chick.

we all know winnona, Keanu, and Sir Hopkins, of coure.


If I think of anymore, I'll let you know. Further proof that Coppola knows what the fuck he's doing.
