there is this open lot back behind my house. my yard is fenced in with a chain link fence. last week, this crackhead cut down a few trees in the open lot, one of them landing on/and being held up by a tree in my yard, and another tree landing on my fence and crushing it.

I made a police report, took photos, did some sly detective work, and found out who owns the land, and who cut the tree down. Well the crackhead told me that he would remove the trees, and fix my fence the next day..............he didn't. Then I got ahold of him yesterday and he again said that he would fix it yesterday...........he didn't.

Turns out his dad owns the property of the open lot, and I doubt that he even knows what has happened. So, tomorrow i'm going to the owners house in attempt to resolve this matter. Meanwhile, my fence at my brand new house is crushed. My tree is holding up a tree so that it won't fall on my house.

I'm so pissed off. I just bought this house in August, Hurricane Ike hits, now this................I've already told the guy that all I want is for him to remove the trees, and fix my fucking fence.

Robert could remove the trees, and fix the fence, but he says it's gonna cost about a grand. I called and left a message with the crackhead tonight, and if it's not fixed tomorrow, i'm filing in small claims court. I hate it when people are stupid, and not responsible. I just don't understand it.

wrapped my xmas presents tonight, all but Hunter's. Today i'm going grocery shopping, baking fudge, and xmas cookies. yum
