Oi! This job is.....I don't know. Aggravating? Time consuming? Making me realize what a wonderful fabulous store I came from? All of the above and more!!!!
So this store, top to bottom needs work. Like seriously if it could be wrong it is. And some of is the most brain dead common sense stuff that it frustrates me to no end. This is the end of my first full week and I have to write up 3 of my employees. For stupid stuff that should not even be an issue. But its crazy cause when I talk to them one on one they all appear to know what should be done and why but they all seem to lack the initiative to freakin do it!!

Anywho we are coming back to Jax this weekend for the Tool show, so at least i get a small break for some fun, which I should probably cherish since its not likely to happen again for quite some time.
