This is a brownie pie in process... i started with a gram cracker crust lined the bottom of the crust with mini white chocolate chips. Then poured the standard brownie mix over. After that i decorated it in a spiral of white chips and baked it. Once it was cooled i put a layer of coolwhip and sprinkled it with white chips again... OKAY NEXT
This is a seafood Quiche. It has lobster, crab, shrimp, green onions, swiss cheese, and spices surrounded by a light flaky crust. The following picture is it finished. It is rich, mouth watering, fluffy, and filling.

This is my own shrimp ceviche recipe its like a shrimp salsa...with a tangy lime after taste..
Okay so i made all of that last night as well as BBQed London broil with a wild turkey marinade, garlic chicken with parsley, baked potatoes, and seared asparagus seasoned with olive oil and garlic.
