well they are simi-permanant. they can fade just like any color. if you do it twice within 2 weeks, it should stick. it wont hurt you hair at all. it has very low peroxide. they are more natural colors, but the brighter ritcher natural colors. its professional only but i have seen it in several beauty supplys. if you cant find it... let me know. smile
