So. I found out what happened with the car bombing. eeek My delicious Phillipino (actually she could be Vietnamese. We have lots of them here, I had an old co-worker who called my hood "Little Vietnam.") bodega clerk lady (I LOVE HER!) said she witnessed the whole onslaught and here you have it:

Some bitch was pissed off b/c some ho on my street fucked her man. So her and her girls smashed in the fucking window and doused the fucker in gasoline and threw a match on that SHEOT. eeek eeek eeek

Now the sheot has to remain there while the police do their investigation so knowing our area,



this car will be here for a long time. surreal Little ghetto children all playing around it, what the fuck!?!? I saw some "locals" (crackheads actually. I know my crackheads) looted the hood which was remarkably unscathed and filled with clothes and even a box of Pillsbury cake mix; I will produce a photo later. Just of the hood, unfortunately I didn't have my camera for the looting, which was straight from In Living Color.love confused

As for rice noodles, I find that white rice noodles are really slimy textured :s and I generally hate the taste of rice BUT I do quite like borwn rice noodles smile really nice if you chop a load of green red n yellow peppers up, with some onion/red onion, some courgette and some mushrooms, cook them in olive oil, stick a sauce in with them (a tomato and basil pasta sauce is good) or something bolognese-like. Then cook the brown rice noodles (they're slightly thicker than the white ones too) and drain them off, chop them all up, add them to the veg/sauce mix and cook it all together and eat with a side salad containing avacado! Or at least a drizzle of avacado oil on the salad. mmmmm. Making me hungry now! biggrin I'm baking apple and blueberry pie again at the mo biggrin yayy biggrin

I had a HUGE folder of yummies i'd baked, on my pc, but everything go wiped recently frown So I can't find them frown I may still have everything on a cd somewhere though.
