Wednesday: December in Louisville... a very blustery day here in the city, of the sort where I want to start singing "Heffalumps and Woozles" and searching for my dear friend piglet.
Back to work today after being sickly, and I got very little accomplished, unless you count amazon-ing a birthday gift for my brother and finding the wedding registry for the couple who is getting married in a week and I am singing at the wedding. Hooray for a Christmas-y wedding- I hope it snows!
Other than that, I am in Christmas mode, well, that and theoretically-working-on-the- Incomplete-due-at-the-end-of the-month mode, but we all know how that goes

In other goings on in my head, does Etsy have gift cards? And if not, don't you think they should? That would be amazing.
And has anyone played Scrabble Slam yet? I am totally excited by this game and if it does not end up in my stocking for Christmas, Santa will have some explaining to do!
Oh! And speaking of Santa, Macy's has this Believe-o-meter thing in their stores now, and if you bring in your letter to Santa and put it in the box, $1 goes to the Make A Wish Foundation, and you know, the spirit of Christmas goes up and Santa's sleigh flies better and all that junk!

So if you believe in Santa or in helping people ANY time of the year, pull out your crayons and your inner child and send a Christmas List to Santa via Macy's department store!
Ok, and I couldn't resist adding this song as Amy Grant was always one of my faves back in the cassette tape days, and this is STILL the best rendition of this song and this album is one of the top Christmas albums, up there with Andy Williams, Bing and Dino, and THAT is saying a lot my holiday friends!!!
