like the state of oregon i am broke as a joke. i will be saving money on my state income tax, alas i have no extra money to pay for sg for a good month. so, i bid you farewell for now. everyone take care of yourselves, since the police no longer have the funding, though i am sure there will be plenty of police to harass the next critical mass. i am sorry to all the people that worked really hard to try to get 28 through. i voted for you!! and i am poor as hell. hmmm. what are other people's thoughts on sales tax? there i said it. i am just curious. i think if you exempt food and clothing, then sales tax is a good idea. i know a lot of people see it as a very regressive tax, but in many ways it is a good way to tax luxury items. i don't know. am i naive? does a sales tax do more harm to middle and lower class people. i am pretty low income. this is the first year i made over poverty level, and i would support a sales tax. but, i am sure that there is a reason why we don't have one. i guess it is so that people from waashington will come here to shop, drive on the roads, work here and yet not have to pay taxes. is it me or do oregon income taxes seem higher anyways. well, please, please give some thoughts, opinions and facts. i know that everyone is chock full of 'em.
