"Crush humanity out of shape once more, under similar hammers, and it will twist itself into the same tortured forms. Sow the same seed of rapacious license and oppression over again, and it will surely yield the same fruit according to its kind."
--Charles Dickens, A Tale of Two Cities
Seems frighteningly appropriate today. I just finished reading that book; at 29 years old, I'm finally learning to love many things that the world has decided to forget about. Figures.

So, I ended up going to the bar :X... but I did just read a paragraph of "To Better Days" and I want to, need to know, .... you need an editor? You want a bitchy harsh editor? I love your work at this point, which is weird to say having only read a little bit, but I do think you need someone to go in and kill your darlings, and I'd love to kill them. Haha. I feed off that shit. Had to offer. Anyhow, I'm going to try to avoid that mentality I have and just read.
