My ex-wife just got the first of her two big dragon fly tattoos on her side, and it's absolutely amazing. It's true that the best work is done by people who don't even have a retail store front. I'm glad she finally went for it, as she had been talking about it even when we were married.
It also got me to thinking... why do some people cover so much of their canvas at a young age? I'm not judging here, I'm just curious. I've seen people on here at age 18 get covered and not leave a lot of room for future art. Don't you worry you'll be used up and not have room to get inked for future experiences?
But what do I know. I didn't get my first piercing until I was 31!
