both my grandparents are in the hospital. its not as bad as it sounds but i am leaving the city for the week to take care of them. they are both going to be fine. i'm not worried. mostly i just hate being alone when this happens. i wish my mom didn't live so far away. dammit.

i'm off to get some flowers and frank sinatra albums for the get well gifts.

i bought myself Dusty Springfield: The Singles+ at Kim's on Saturday.
