So, I was at College just now and I saw this guy whose face is burnt.
I mean, completely burnt.
And I wanted to feel sorry for him but I couldn't. Because he walked in with a smile, laughing with his friends.
Which got me thinking: When's the last time I looked in the mirror and appreciated the fact that I have two eyes, two ears, arms and legs etc.??
It just seems like we've become so obsessed with having the PERFECT face or arms or legs that we forget that some people don't have them at all.
Isn't it ironic that the people who're without are happier than we are??
They say you learn something new everyday? Today I learned not only to be content, but to be grateful.
Of course, the girls here can also be grateful that together their arms, legs and face look damn good =P
So there you go, appreciate health, forget perfection.
