Okies, to post piccies on your page first you gotta have a pic that's online somewhere (ideally in your photo album on here) then you'll need the url code for em, right click on the pic and select properties then copy the url code, then when writing your journal click on "Image" on the insert bit next to the smilies and paste the code in to the box that appears, phew! that oughta do it
